Fee schedule for Speakers and Co-Presenters/ Panelists:
**Discounts are based on the full conference price of $400, or the one-day price of $275**

Solo Speaker
  • Presenting two or more presentations (100% Discount): $0
  • 1 Presentation, No Additional Day (100% Discount): $0
  • 1 Presentation & 1 Regular Attendee Day (75% Discount): $100
  • 1 Presentation & 1 Co-presenter/ Panelist Day (85% Discount): $60
Co-Presenter/ Panelist
  • 1 Presentation, No Additional Day (40% Discount): $165
  • Presenting on two or more panels or as co-presenter (40% Discount): $240
  • 1 Presentation, 1 Regular Attendee Day (20% Discount): $320






CCCD Membership Discount — $15 off per day attended as a non-presenter (with paid registration)









Local Discount - $15 off per regular attendance day for attendees who live in Los Angeles.
If you qualify for both the Local and Membership discounts, only one discount will be applied automatically.

Presentation Details
Important Information:
  • PowerPoint presentations and workshop handouts submitted to CCCD will be converted to PDF format and shared with conference participants via Dropbox.
  • CCCD will provide projectors and Windows laptops for PowerPoint presentations. To avoid technical issues, please use the provided laptop, which will have your slide deck preloaded. Additionally, bring a copy of your presentation on a flash drive as a backup.
