YW Boston, in partnership with Listen to Your Mothers, invites you to a community centered workshop specifically catered to empowering parents, mothers, and especially mothers of color to advocate for equitable spaces in Massachusetts.
This mini-conference is a chance to be in community with folks committed to learning about or changing this challenge of workplace inclusion for mothers.
We will hear from a panel of parents, experts, advocates, and leaders in this space with lived and professional experience of making more equitable workplaces for parents. Our presenters and facilitators bring years of experience both personally and professionally advocating for the rights of parents, especially mothers of color in Boston and Massachusetts.
*Participants of all genders, ethnicities, and caregiving status are welcome. We know change does not happen in a vacuum and we welcome those who are curious, allied, aligned, or in a position to make change to come and learn with us even if they may not necessarily identify as a parent, mother, or person of color.
