IMPORTANT NOTICE TO APPLICANTS

Participation in each Ember Leadership Academy (ELA) class is limited. If the class limit has been reached prior to April 1, 2026, registration will close.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Ember Leadership Academy is a 5-month leadership development program focused on equipping participants with the skills and insights they need to thrive as effective leaders. Through interactive workshops, real-world application, and meaningful connections with local leaders, participants will leave the program prepared to make a lasting impact in their personal and professional lives. TUITION

Tuition for Ember Leadership Academy is $650 if paid by check or EFT. Processing fees apply if paid by credit. Tution is due two weeks prior to program start.

AGREEMENT

I have reviewed the LHC Ember Leadership Academy Operating Policies (found at www.LeadershipHendricksCounty.org) and understand the Participant Commitment as stated.

I understand that successful completion of this program requires attendance at the majority of ELA class days. This agreement warrants that I will be able to devote the time and financial resources required to accept placement into this year's class. I also understand that successful applicants are responsible for the tuition of $650 plus any processing fees. I agree not to hold Leadership Hendricks County, Inc. legally liable for any injuries or illness received during my participation, and give my permission for photographs and videos taken of me during LHC activities as well as any quotations I give, to be used for public relations and marketing efforts on behalf of LHC.
