Thank you for your interest in TNOYS’ 43rd Annual Conference on Services to Youth and Families, taking place from June 9-12, 2026 in Austin, Texas! Register by April 3 to secure the early bird rate! The final registration deadline is May 25. 

2026 Annual Conference Pricing Table
  • The full conference will take place from June 9-12 at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. Pre-Conference Institutes will take place on Tuesday, June 9 at the Renaissance Austin Hotel. If you plan to attend a Pre-Conference Institute, please note that you must register for it using this form. Learn more about our Pre-Conference Institutes.
  • Attendees may register for the full three-day conference (Wednesday, June 10 - Friday, June 12) or any single day.
  • We are excited to welcome youth and young adults (YYA) ages 15-26 to attend the conference alongside youth and family services professionals! Are you a YYA registering yourself independently? Learn more about how YYA can register, and what to expect as a YYA at the conference.

Please enter the information of the organization with which you are affiliated. Please avoid acronyms where possible (example: Education Service Center Region 1 instead of ESC Region 1).  







Registrant Information
Click "Add Registrant" at the bottom of this section to register multiple attendees. We encourage young people with lived experience to attend the conference! A discounted registration rate applies to youth ages 15-26. If you need to register more than 15 people total, please email annualconference@tnoys.org so we can assist you.

Payment Information

Refund and Transfer Policy
Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment must be received by Tuesday, June 2, 2026, for all registrants. If you have concerns about meeting this deadline, please email annualconference@tnoys.org after submitting this registration form.
If you need to make changes to your registration after it has already been submitted, you have the option to (1) transfer your registration at the same level to another person, (2) downgrade your registration (e.g. full in-person conference registration to a single day registration), or (3) request a refund. Once payment has been made, the following refund schedule is in effect.
  • If cancelled or downgraded by April 15, 2026 = 75% refund
  • If cancelled or downgraded after April 15, 2026 and on or before May 6, 2026 = 50% refund
  • There will be no refunds after May 7, 2026.
Transfers
  • Registrations can be transferred at the same level to another person at no cost through May 25, 2026.

Billing Information

The billing contact will receive a receipt (if credit card payment) or invoice (if check payment). If you don’t receive this email you can reach us at annualconference@tnoys.org. If your organization requires a completed vendor packet, please email annualconference@tnoys.org after submitting this registration form.
