Meet the Moment Fund - Loan Application

The Meet the Moment Fund (“MTM”) was launched by SeaChange Capital Partners and its funders to provide rapid, flexible financing to human services nonprofits in New York City. The fund provides loans of up to $500,000 for terms of up to two years to support the emergency working capital needs of organizations experiencing funding disruptions and payment delays.

We will endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible. For planning purposes, please allow up to two weeks from the submission of your application to receive a follow-up from the SeaChange team.

Please note that all loans require the approval of SeaChange’s Credit Committee.
