Refund / Cancellation Policy:
1. Full Refund – Up to the 1st of May
Players who cancel their registration before the 1st of May are eligible for a full refund of all amounts paid.
2. Partial Refund – Up to the 19th of May
Cancellations received before the 19th of May will be eligible for a partial refund. A 20% deposit will be retained to cover event planning, booking, and processing costs. Alternatively, players may choose to receive a refund of their registration fee only ($900) and retain the tax-deductible donation amount ($600).
2. No Refund – After the 19th of May
Cancellations received on or after the 19th of May will not be eligible for a refund. All payments will be retained to cover event planning, booking, and processing costs.
Additional Conditions
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
• Any third-party transaction fees may be non-refundable.
