Join us on March 19th from 1PM-4PM CT, for an in-person contract review clinic. Each organization or independent artist will be paired with attorneys from Loeb & Loeb to work through and update a current contract. You’ll walk away with a document ready to support your creative plans.
Application Requirements:
- Applicants must be either independent artists or arts organizations in the State of Illinois,
- You must attend the clinic in-person on March 19th,
- If applying as a nonprofit, the organization’s current annual budget may not exceed $1,500,000,
- If applying as an individual artist or arts LLC, your current household income must be within 300% of the federal poverty guidelines.
- Must have a current contract draft to review and update. New contracts will not be drafted at this clinic.
