Join us on March 19th from 1PM-4PM CT, for an in-person contract review clinic. Each organization or independent artist will be paired with attorneys from Loeb & Loeb to work through and update a current contract. You’ll walk away with a document ready to support your creative plans.  

Application Requirements:

Applicants must be either independent artists or arts organizations in the State of Illinois,
You must attend the clinic in-person on March 19th,
If applying as a nonprofit, the organization’s current annual budget may not exceed $1,500,000,
If applying as an individual artist or arts LLC, your current household income must be within 300% of the federal poverty guidelines.
Must have a current contract draft to review and update. New contracts will not be drafted at this clinic.

Upon receipt of your application and determination of eligibility, LCA will contact you. At that point, we will provide the application to Loeb & Loeb for acceptance in the clinic. Once your application has been approved by both LCA and Loeb & Loeb, we will notify you about the location, etc. Please block off the time for the clinic on your calendar immediately.
