We are pleased to introduce the new 'Hospitality High Performance & High Satisfaction Program - Hospitality Leadership.'


Running across seven sessions, this workshop has been designed specifically for Hospitality Leaders to help them create the environment where your team members Stay & Strive – and is structured on those 5 key Questions


Date:  Monday 18 and Tuesday 19 November


Time:    2 - 4pm 


Location: Virtual (via zoom)

   

Cost per participant:  $490 (+GST) with two or more participants from the same venue / property receiving 10% discount.

Non-member price is $650 (+GST)

Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Once registered for attendance, any cancellation must be notified by email to Damien O'Malley (damien@omc-group.com.au) by no later than COB, April 27, 2026 (Final Cancellation Date). 

2. Cancellations or failure to attend after the Final Cancellation Date will not be refundable and will still incur full payment. 

3. Tickets/bookings are transferrable to another attendee. Please provide notification of any changes to damien@omc-group.com.au

Refunds 

4. Where notice of cancellation is received in accordance with (1) prior to the Final Cancellation Date, attendance will be refunded, less any booking fees incurred.
