The leadership of people who have personally navigated systemic barriers and inequities is essential to transforming our systems and societies. And so to realise a world in which all children can fulfill their potential we believe it is vital to invest in and learn from leaders who possess a deep, first-hand understanding of the challenges facing the students and communities we support.
However, our current reality is that leaders who bring these vital perspectives often live and work in contexts (organisations, schools, systems, societies) that do not fully recognize or leverage their full power and potential. This needs to change. To begin addressing this, we are hosting a fellowship for people within the Teach For All Network to bring together a diverse group of people (both virtually and in- person) who have demonstrated leadership through the lens of lived experience with inequity. This program provides a space to collectively continue to develop wellbeing, leadership and power in pursuit of equity for ourselves, our students, our communities and our world.
We are excited to welcome the 5th cohort! Refer to
