Supporting Staff Well-being Initiatives - Expression of Interest Form

Large Grants Programme over £25,000 

Pressures on NHS staff remains at an all-time high and staff wellbeing is of strategic importance. Opportunities for staff to unwind, be supported through distress and trauma as well as take part in wellness activities is of huge value.

 

We are seeking initiatives that are Trust or Care Group wide, or impact more than 3 Directorates. They must demonstrate best practice, be evidence-based, show measurable improvements in key areas and can demonstrate value for money

 

We welcome Expressions of Interest (EOI) around the following 

 

  • Pilot schemes – one year with clear plans in place for sustainability
  • Enhancement to current activities
  • Wellbeing gaps and needs analysis
  • Programmes that include a range of physical, psychological and lifestyle support services
  • Access to” sessions and programs designed to boost personal and collective wellbeing. (such as mindful walks, sensory engagement, creative crafts, and group reflection)

 

EOI's will be reviewed by the Trust’s Staff Wellbeing Lead who along with the Charity will select which projects to take forward. 

 

Priority will be given to those applications that also have CCG Directorate support.
