Focal Point 2026 Travel Subsidy Request Form
for OLAM Partners and Members

As we are committed to making Focal Point as financially accessible as possible, OLAM has procured a limited pool of need-based travel subsidies to NYC which we will be awarding according to the following amounts:

From Israel: up to $1500
From the UK/Europe: up to $700
From Northeast USA: Up to $150
From rest of USA: Up to $400
Other locations: Case by case basis

Priority will be given to partner organizations with a budget below $1 million. Others are encouraged to apply as well.

In order to get a diverse representation of our partner organizations, we can only provide a travel subsidy for up to one person per partner organization. Before applying for a subsidy, please speak to your supervisor or the CEO of your organization to ensure that there aren't multiple applications from your organization.

Subsidies may be used for economy class round-trip flights or trains and will not cover the costs of taxis, gas use in personal vehicles, cancellation fees, flight or train class upgrades, visas, or any other travel-related expenses.

After submitting this form, OLAM will respond to your request within a week. We are approving requests on a rolling basis. If you are approved, please book your travel as soon as possible, as ticket costs will likely rise!

All travel subsidies will be paid as reimbursements, following Focal Point. We will send a separate reimbursement forms closer to the time of the conference.
