Note: This class is available in-person and virtually. In-person attendance is encouraged. 

The $5/month discount on Stewardship is offered to homeowners who are not already receiving it. If you or someone in your household previously attended a maintenance class and are already receiving $5 off your monthly stewardship dues, this incentive does not apply.
