Funding bids that are based on solid evidence are more likely to be successful. There is a wealth of information available on the population of Cheshire East, including the Council's Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA), which identifies health and social care needs, how well these are being met and opportunities for improvement to inform decision-making.
