Participant Information
Thank you for taking the time to complete the Organic Farmer Input and Supplier Survey. This voluntary survey is a project of the Southeast Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP). The information you provide will be used to develop a directory of local input suppliers to help farmers source organic inputs and other production supplies.

We are specifically interested in where you purchase inputs locally (e.g., farm supply stores, cooperatives, or distributors), not products ordered online for shipment.
