Hotel Accommodation

At Scotty's we want to reduce any barriers that may stop a family from attending this event, and this year we're excited to offer to option to everyone attending the festival to join the Scotty's team at The Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel, National Exhibition Centre, Pendigo Way, Birmingham, B40 1PP the night before (10th July).

This takes the pressure off any early morning travel and gives us the opportunity to have a Friday night get together from 6-8pm the night before the festival. This is completely voluntary to attend.

Scotty's would organise everything to do with the hotel for you.

If you have any questions or need help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Travel
🚗 Need help getting there?

If travel is a concern, we can also offer a travel allowance to those of you who really need it.

This will be worked out at 19p per mile from your home address to the venue and will be put into your bank account on Tuesday 7th July 2026.  You can then use this towards your preferred method of travel.

Scotty's can only pay a maximum of £150 per family towards any travel allowance.

Emergency Contact
Please provide emergency contact details of someone who is NOT at the Festival.
