STEP Partner Expression of Interest

Thank you for your interest in joining STEP, a year-long shared training and employment programme co-designed with industry partners, delivered as part of the Good Growth Hub, operated by A New Direction. This form is an informal initial expression of interest and the team will follow up with you for more details.

Your STEP Placement

Please confirm the hours per week you would expect the STEP role to work. We expect STEP roles to be a minimum of 25 hours a week.

Salary. We expect that all roles pay a London Living Wage rate. Employers may choose to pay above this rate.

What kind of entry-level traineeship(s) could you offer as part of the STEP programme? At this stage we just need an overview of your ideas.

There are a limited number of bursaries available to support micro and small-sized organisations, please indicate if you will need a bursary to participate in the programme.
