This will be verified by APR.Intern staff to ensure your eligibility for free registration.
WiSE Travel Grants 
A limited number of grants are available to WiSE interns who are travelling from interstate (outside of Victoria).

The Australian Mathematical Sciences Instituteand the University of Melbourne respect the privacy of individuals and acknowledge that the information you provide on the form is personal information as defined by privacy legislation.

  • The information is being collected for the purpose of processing of registrations. 
  • The intended recipients of the information are the Event Organisers and any service providers as required (for example, caterers, workshop facilitators, accommodation providers).
  • We ask for personal information such as gender, and residency status for official reporting purposes to stakeholders (such as government departments and AMSI Members). Only aggregate data which does not identify any individuals may be published.
  • The information which you provide is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent unless the disclosure is authorised or required by law.
  • You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information we hold, or exercise your individual rights as applicable under relevant privacy laws, unless this would have an unreasonable impact on the privacy of others or would contravene AMSI or UniMelb's other legislative obligations.

  2. to my name, organisation, and email address being included in a participants list for distribution at the event;
  3. to the Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute and/or The University Melbourne recording my voice and/or image, at its discretion, during the 2026 WiSE Masterclass; 
  4. to the use, reproduction, and distribution (in full or in part) of any photographs and recordings made of my voice or image for publicity purposes or for educational use; and
  5. to receive event related correspondence to keep you informed about the WiSE Masterclass.

If you are not eligible for free registration, please ensure you have completed the Eventbrite payment above before submitting this form. Your registration will not be finalised until you have submitted this form and paid the event fee.
