This community call is designed as a best-practice learning session for climate education leaders designing trainings, workshops, or modules for fellow educators. Often, fellows/alumni find themselves as ‘sole pioneers’ in their schools and communities. They are the first to introduce climate education and leadership. While this role can be inspiring, it can also feel isolating. This session will explore how we can move from being individual pioneers to building collective leadership by designing learning experiences that invite, engage, and empower our colleagues. We will learn from fellows and alumni in our network who have designed sessions and modules that successfully bring other educators into climate education, and reflect on strategies we can adapt in our own contexts.
This call will take place on March 26th, 2026 at 3:00pm GMT and will be held in English. If you need live interpretation of the experience and/or translation of materials in additional languages to support your engagement, please indicate this via the registration/application form. We welcome all requests and will work to provide appropriate language support measures. However, please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
