Monica Burba, Director of Global Schools Development at Take Action Global, will share strategies for transitioning from classroom teaching to leading large-scale STEM initiatives and system-level change. - Explore pathways for STEM educators to move from classroom impact to system-level leadership.
- Understand the skills, mindsets, and strategies needed to lead scalable STEM initiatives effectively.
- Identify key challenges in organizational growth, such as securing resources and maintaining student connections while scaling.
- Gain inspiration from peer educators who have successfully scaled their expertise to impact broader communities and networks.
