Effective instructional leadership is not built through large-scale initiatives — it is built through consistent, small practices repeated over time. This fellowship equips school leaders in Africa with a structured cycle for improving teaching and learning across their schools: Observe → Coach → Identify Patterns → Improve Teaching.
School leaders will develop the habits, tools, and judgment needed to enter classrooms regularly, engage teachers in meaningful feedback conversations, and use what they learn to make focused, evidence-informed decisions about instructional improvement.
This fellowship is made up of a 8-week course followed by a 3-day immersive experience and 6 months of post-program support.
