Next Gen Talent - Property Career Programme

  • Are you curious about careers in property, real estate or build industry but not sure where to start?
The Next Gen Talent- Property Career Programme helps you build the skills, confidence and connections needed to secure your first professional opportunity in the Property industry.

Through employer visits, career coaching and practical workshops, you’ll gain the tools to move from learning about careers to applying for real opportunities. All the workshops are going to be held in 'Grosvenor Properties UK's office in London, where you will be supported directly by their employees as well as other Property companies in London. Eligibility

The Brokerage is a charity. That means we are not able to work with every young person. This programme is in partnership with Westminster Foundation and Grosvenor to support underrepresented talent in Westminster. Being care experienced means you will have spent time living with foster carers under local authority care, in residential care (e.g. a children’s home), looked after at home under a supervision order, or in kinship care with relatives or friends, either officially (e.g. a special guardianship order) or informally without local authority support.
