SECTION 2: CSP Application & Budget

We want to understand the foundation you are building from. Please upload your approved CSP application and accompanying budget so we can review the commitments you made and use them as context for the rest of this application.

SECTION 3: Growth Progress & Challenges We want an honest picture of where things stand, including what has been harder than expected. Leaders who can name what isn't working are the ones we can support most effectively.

In 300-400 words tell us what have you accomplished since receiving your CSP award, and when? Where are you ahead of plan, and where are you behind? What has been your biggest challenge, and how have you responded? What would you do differently if you were starting over? Where do you most need support right now?

SECTION 4: Current Academic & Financial Picture Your school may look different today than it did when your original CSP application was written. This section gives us the most current view of your academic performance and financial health including any changes that have occurred during the growth process.

Upload your most current academic performance data. This should include whatever data you would use to make the case that your school is currently high-quality. This may include growth and proficiency data, authorizer evaluations, accountability ratings - whatever information best represents where the school stands right now.

In 300-400 words tell us how students are performing in ELA and Math, and where is the trajectory heading? Has your student population shifted since your original application? What are your genuine strengths, and what are you still working through? Has growth helped or hurt the quality of what was already in place?

In 300-400 words describe your current cash position. Are there any concerns worth naming? How have CSP funds been spent relative to your approved budget? What drove any meaningful variances from your original plan? How confident are you in your financial sustainability as growth continues?

Upload your official enrollment data for the past three school years (SY2022–23, SY2023–24, and SY2024–25). Acceptable formats include state-submitted reports, board-approved figures, or an export from your enrollment management system.

In 300–400 words, describe your school's enrollment trends and the systems you have built to sustain and grow student enrollment over the last three school years. Please address:

• Your total enrollment for each year and what those numbers reflect about your school's growth or stability

• The key strategies and systems your team has put in place to drive enrollment, including outreach, retention, and community engagement

• Who owns enrollment at your school, how goals are set, and how progress is monitored

SECTION 5: Fellowship Commitment The Fellowship involves complex, system-level work that may not yield immediate results. This section helps us understand your readiness to do it well.

In 300–400 words, share your readiness and commitment to the Ready for CSP New Mexico Fellowship. We'd like to understand what you hope to gain from participating, where you anticipate the greatest challenges, and how you and your team will intentionally carve out time and focus for this work while managing your ongoing responsibilities.

SECTION 6: Fellowship Participants The Fellowship is designed for leadership teams where possible. We ask that you identify up to two leaders to participate (one being the executive director, head of school, or principal). Final participation decisions will be confirmed upon acceptance into the Fellowship.
