Emerging Leaders Fellowship Application

Program Eligibility Requirements

Graduates with less than 3 years of full-time professional workplace experience.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing and able to work in Baltimore City.
Availability to participate full-time for the duration of the Fellowship. The Fellowship is 12 months long and employment placements are contractual for one year.

Please note that while this program initially started as an exclusive partnership with local HBCUs, we are thrilled to be expanding to graduates of all colleges and universities!
