If you're the parent or caregiver of a young person with a disability between the ages of 14 and 19, this workshop is for you. The road from school-age services to adult life can feel overwhelming, and the decisions you make (and when you make them) matter more than most families realize.

Join us for a free, informal workshop where we'll walk through the questions families ask most: When should we start planning? What changes when my child turns 18? How do we apply for adult programs and community services? And what does life actually look like after school services end? 

Come with your questions. Leave with a clearer picture of what's ahead and what to do next.
