13th Annual Warrior Symposium
Scholarship Application Information


America’s Warrior Partnership is committed to ensuring that community-based organizations and local leaders are represented at the 13th Annual Warrior Symposium (https://www.americaswarriorpartnership.org/symposium). This scholarship is designed to support individuals and organizations working at the community level who are advancing collaborative solutions that empower veterans and strengthen communities. 

Scholarships cover symposium registration (including food provided during the symposium). Scholarship awardee must cover their own lodging and travel expenses.  

Priority will be given to applicants who: 
  • Represent community-level organizations, coalitions, or local initiatives 
  • Are actively serving veterans and their families at the local or regional level 
  • Demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and partnership-building 
  • Have limited organizational funding for professional development or travel 
  • Intend to apply what they learn to strengthen their local community 
 
If selected, scholarship recipients agree to: 
  • Attend the full Symposium in-person (August 5–6, 2026
  • Actively participate in sessions and discussions 
  • Share key takeaways with their community following the event 
  • Complete a brief post-event survey or impact summary 
 
Applicants who submit their proposals by May 1, 2026, will be notified of their acceptance status no later than June 1, 2026.  Submissions received after May 1, 2026, will be reviewed as soon as possible.  The scholarship application will close on July 1, 2026.

We strongly encourage applications from rural, Tribal, and underserved communities, as well as veteran-led organizations.
