I agree not to be alone with a child for any reason and will maintain professional boundaries.
I agree to follow the direction of the SU NSW Team Director, reporting any incidents, hazards or safety concerns immediately.
I understand that failure to follow these guidelines will result in my immediate removal from the event.

Licensing and Vehicle Compliance

I hold a current, valid driver’s licence for this vehicle and will notify the organisation immediately if my licence status changes.
This vehicle is currently registered, roadworthy, and regularly maintained.
I have Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and Third Party Property Damage insurance at a minimum. I acknowledge I am responsible for any insurance excesses or premium changes.

Driver Conduct and Safety

I will comply with all Australian road rules, including speed limits and mobile phone laws.
I will not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that impairs my driving.
Any traffic or parking fines incurred while volunteering are my personal financial responsibility.
I am medically fit to operate a vehicle and will report any health changes that may affect my driving

Passenger and Child Safety

I will never be alone in a vehicle with a child (under 18) who is not my own. A second authorised adult or a parent/guardian must be present at all times.
I will ensure every passenger wears a correctly fitted seatbelt or approved child safety restraint.
I will never carry more passengers than the vehicle is legally designed to transport.

Incident Reporting

I will report any accident, vehicle damage, or safety incident to SU NSW as soon as possible.
