In the course "Teacher Development for Transformative Classrooms," we will explore training options designed to cultivate teacher leadership with the aim of creating transformational classrooms.
Participate in a collaborative learning process focused on generating ideas and practices for your program. Discover and apply insights from Teaching as Collective Leadership (TACL) and case studies to create and implement effective teacher training and support initiatives.
You will learn alongside experts from around the world, reflecting on your practices with colleagues and developing evidence-based strategies that foster transformational classrooms that grow student leadership.

Cohort Selection Priorities:
1. Influence: Applicants should be highly involved in the design and execution of programmatic choices so that all learnings from this can be readily applied to their program.
2. Commitment:
Applicants should commit to 9.5 hours over 8 weeks to:
- <7.5 hrs> Attend all zoom sessions
- <2 hrs> Complete partner level reflections and design between sessions
3. Teams: Ideally applicants are participating as programmatic teams (even if not the complete team, at minimum with a colleague) in order to deepen learning and ensure integration into day-to-day practice after the learning experience.
