All Memberships will be verified before sending login information to the webinars. If you have a question about your membership status, please contact your state membership chair.
REFUND POLICY:
PAYMENT:
Acceptable payment are Credit Cards, Checks, & Purchase Orders. Checks (made out to CLTA) & Purchase Orders must be received at least 5 days before the first date of the chosen webinars. Credit Cards can be accepted one day prior. CLTA & SWCOLT are not responsible for payments not received on time or sent to a different.
PHOTOGRAPHY AUTHORIZATION:
By registering for the Webinar Series, participants agree to be photographed and recorded by CLTA for the purpose of documenting the program's effectiveness and/or to promote the Webinar Series in the CLTA/SWCOLT Websites and social media outlets, unless they opt out in writing at exec-director@clta.net. Participants may not photograph or record sessions without prior permission.
COMMUNICATION PREFERENCE:
