Discover the ancient art of fermenting liquids right in your own kitchen. We’re making fizzy wildcrafted sodas. This is a hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of turning simple foraged & grown ingredients into extraordinary concoctions.

What to expect:

Learn the basics of liquid fermentation
Make your own fizzy, wildcrafted sodas
Explore flavor pairings with a wide assortment of herbs and berries
Leave with the skills to keep experimenting and fermenting at home

What to bring:

A quart sized mason jar
A harvesting basket (we will provide paper bags if you forget!)
scissors, a harvest knife, or garden sheers

Workshop tickets are transferable. If you can’t attend, please try to pass your ticket to someone else.

Cancellations made 10 days before the event will receive a 50% refund (only for reduced cost tickets)
