Join us for a hands-on fermentation workshop. After years of traveling to 50+ farms across the country, Allie brings her knowledge of growing and fermenting food into delicious creations to our workshop series! We’ll explore traditional techniques for crafting probiotic-rich ferments using seasonal produce. Come ready to taste something alive and take home the skills (and confidence) to keep the culture growing!


What to expect:
  • Learn fermentation techniques 
  • Work hands-on with seasonal produce to create probiotic-rich ferments
  • Taste a variety of vibrant, “living” foods 
  • Build confidence to ferment successfully in your own kitchen
  • Leave inspired to keep your own ferments growing
What to bring:
  • a notebook & pen if you'd like
  • a clean quart size mason jar (we'll have extras)

Workshop tickets are transferable. If you can’t attend, please try to pass your ticket to someone else.

  • Cancellations made 10 days before the event will receive a 50% refund (for reduced cost spots only).

We offer two reduced cost spots at half price per workshop. Please pay at this rate if you:

  • are living paycheck to paycheck.
  • have a chronic illness, disability or marginalized identity that impacts your ability to earn a livable wage.
  • are in significant debt or supporting family or loved ones in significant debt.
