Safe Participation

Everyone who sails with SALTS is considered a "trainee" and will take an active part in sailing the ship. Although no previous experience is necessary, physical agility and mental alertness are essential for safe participation.

Day Sail Choices

Family/Household group must reside at the same address. Those that reside at a different address than the primary registrant need to submit a separate registration.



All day sails will board at 10:00am and disembark at 3:00pm.   
You will be assigned to your highest preference sailing with available space.



Vessel preference will be accommodated if possible, but can not be guaranteed.

Primary Day Sail Trainee

The Primary Trainee is the organizer for the group who will receive all communications and instructions for family members added to this registration. 




If you are representing an organization, please provide the name.

Birthdates are needed to avoid duplicate entries in our database, differentiating same or similar names, and to verify ages for Transport Canada regulations.

All communication about the event will be sent to this address.
Microsoft Email Domains
There is a known issue that may prevent the delivery of some emails and auto-responses to the Microsoft email domains hotmail.com, outlook.com and live.com. We recommend using an alternative to these if possible.








Family / Group Members

Please be aware that the number of participants under 12 years of age is limited. We will contact you if this is an issue on the sailing you have requested.

You will need to provide separate details for EACH member of your group who will sail.
