At CEI, we believe in more freedom, less regulation and fairness, so all Americans are free to prosper. In addition to working to advocate for regulatory reform, we also provide pro bono legal services in select cases to defend against government overreach, and protect free speech, property rights and the free market. Our goal is to ensure that individuals and organizations can exercise their constitutional rights freely and fairly under the law.

Fifth Amendment Right to Property – challenging unlawful seizure or government interference with real property you rightfully own.
Government Overreach – standing up against unnecessary or excessive government actions that violate your individual rights or deprive you of property under the constitution.
Protecting the Free Market – safeguarding the principles of entrepreneurship by fighting against policies that unfairly limit competition, burden small businesses, or give undue power to government agencies over private enterprises in violation of the Constitution.
