2025-26 Civil Rights Immersion Tour
Program Overview
SAA takes participants on a powerful journey through the South, connecting history, human rights, and leadership in a meaningful and lasting way.
From Atlanta to Montgomery to New Orleans, participants will explore pivotal moments in our nation’s history while connecting the lessons of the past to the challenges and responsibilities of the present. Through thoughtful dialogue, historic Civil Rights landmarks, museum visits, and guided reflection, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how human rights, justice, and leadership intersect.
This experience is designed to challenge, inspire, and empower participants to reflect on their role in the world and to consider how their actions can help build stronger, more compassionate communities.
