You will meet key food system actors - farmers, food artisans and cooks from across Europe - and hear first-hand about the challenges they face, as well as the solutions they are putting into practice every day.
The evening will open with a panel on policy levers to advance agroecology in the context of the current food systems crisis, and will then shift into an interactive tasting and conversation space. Here, food becomes a medium for exchange: you will taste products, ask questions, and engage informally with the people who produce them and pass on their knowledge.
