IPUL STICKER CONTEST SUBMISSION FORM

One winner from each age range (elementary, middle, and high school) will be selected. Winning designs will be turned into REAL stickers shared across Idaho schools, and public agencies! Winners will also have the chance to win a special prize.

🖍️ Students across Idaho it’s time to create!

💡 Need ideas? Here’s how different age groups can think about their design:

Elementary (K–5):
Draw what feelings look like or what it means to belong
Examples:
• “It’s okay to feel sad, mad, or scared”
• “Name it to tame it"

Middle School (6–8):
Show that big emotions are part of everyone’s story
Examples:
• “You’re not the only one who feels this way”
• “It’s okay to not be okay”

High School (9–12):
Focus on mental health awareness, resilience, and speaking up
Examples:
• “Your feelings are real”
• “You are not alone”
• “Mental health is health”

A few important design tips:
✔️ Keep it original (no copyrighted characters or logos)
✔️ Keep words simple and easy to read
✔️ Think small — designs should fit in a 3” circle
✔️ Make it appropriate for all ages
Submissions are open from now until May 14

Voting will take place from May 15 to the 25th.

Winner announced after that.

Submission Agreement and Assignment of Rights

By checking the box below, I confirm the following on behalf of myself (and, if the entrant is under 18, on behalf of the minor entrant whose work I am submitting as parent or legal guardian):

Ownership and originality. The submitted artwork is original, created entirely by the entrant, and does not copy, trace, or incorporate copyrighted characters, logos, photographs, AI-generated images, or other material owned by anyone else. The entrant is the sole creator and owner of the artwork at the time of submission.

Assignment of all rights. By submitting this artwork, I irrevocably assign and transfer to Idaho Parents Unlimited (IPUL) all right, title, and interest in the submitted artwork, including all copyrights and any other intellectual property rights, throughout the world and in perpetuity. IPUL becomes the sole owner of the artwork upon submission and may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, adapt, or destroy the artwork at its sole discretion, without further permission, notice, or compensation to the entrant.

No retained rights. I understand that after submission, the entrant no longer owns the artwork and may not sell it, license it, reproduce it commercially, or claim ongoing ownership. The entrant may keep personal copies of their original work for personal, non-commercial use (such as displaying it at home or in a personal portfolio), but may not authorize others to reproduce or distribute it.

No compensation. I understand that no payment, royalty, or other compensation will be provided in exchange for the assignment of rights, beyond any prize awarded as part of the contest itself.

Credit is optional. IPUL may credit the entrant by first name, age, and general location (e.g., "Sam, age 10, Boise") when displaying or distributing the artwork, but is not obligated to do so. No last names or contact information will be shared publicly.

Identifiable people. If the artwork includes recognizable images of real people, I confirm I have permission from those individuals (or their parent/guardian if they are minors) for their likeness to be assigned and used as described above.

Authority to agree. I confirm that I have the legal authority to make this assignment — either as the adult entrant, or as the parent/legal guardian of a minor entrant.
