Thursday, June 25 from 6:30 to 7:30pm at the Woodland View Condominium First-Floor Common Room.During this session, we’ll walk through the different paths
to ownership at each project, including income-qualified affordable homes and
market-rate homes. Attendees will learn about pricing ranges, eligibility
requirements for income-qualified homes, the purchasing process, and the next
steps to take if you’re interested in applying or submitting an offer with
Homestead Community Land Trust.
Whether you’re actively looking to buy or simply exploring
your options, this session will provide a clear overview and the opportunity to
ask questions directly with the project team.
