KYCC's 25th Annual Benefit Concert: Sponsor Registration

Thank you for joining us for KYCC's Annual Benefit Concert. We are excited to gather for an evening of music at the Walt Disney Concert Hall on August 20, 2026.

Please complete this form to to pledge your sponsorship by Friday, July 17. After submission, our team will follow up via email to collect additional sponsor information and coordinate ticketing details.

Tickets for sponsorships submitted after the deadline will be only available for pickup at Will Call.
Late registrations may not be eligible for full recognition benefits.

NO DAF payments: IRS regulations prohibit donor advised funds from being used to cover sponsorship costs that provide personal benefits and may only be accepted if you choose to waive all sponsor benefits.
