Event Readiness & Expectations

To ensure a high-quality and professional experience for all participants, vendors are expected to:

      Provide their own complete setup, including tables, coverings, chairs, and display materials

      Present a clean, intentional, and professional-looking “booth” that reflects their business

      Ensure table coverings are appropriate for market-style event (tablecloths or clean coverings that reach the ground). Informal or incomplete setups (uncovered tables, wrinkled sheets, or makeshift displays) are not permitted

      Arrive prepared with all materials needed for the day (e.g., signage, pricing, payment methods, packaging, etc.)

      Be fully set up prior to event start time (setup instructions will be provided well in advance, with day-prior options)

      Remain set up for the duration of the event (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
