About the Program
The Global Scholars Access Program (GSAP) is a membership initiative that supports scholars from low- and middle-income countries as classified by the OECD and the World Bank. Through this program, the Midwest Political Science Association (MPSA) offers a limited number of complimentary two-year electronic memberships to eligible political science scholars who are residing in and working or studying at a university in their home country.
