Upload a completed 2.1a Program Table Template for your ministry. For more information about how to complete form 2.1a and to access the Risk Assessment Library click here

Before uploading, check:
  • One table/page for each day of your program.
  • Every part of each day is accounted for including meals, free time and simultaneous activities (separate rows).
  • Description of any ambiguous activities in notes (eg. name of a specific game)
  • RAL code(s) cover each activity and specific location.
    • No matching code = blank, description in notes
    • CM002 = Open Access Activities
  • Do you need to modify any RAL Risk Plans? - write "Modified RAL" in notes
