Checkpoint Meetings

There will be five (5) Checkpoint Meetings held over Zoom during crucial points in the competition cycle. *Please note that all Pitch Event Partners are required to attend Checkpoint Meetings. If there is a conflict, please email Maggie Nelson magsnels@udel.edu.*

  • August 3-17, 2026 *The first meeting will be held between the Diamond Challenge Coordinator and each individual Pitch Partner.* 
  • Friday, December 11, 2026 
  • Friday, January 29, 2027
  • Friday, March 5, 2027
  • Friday, May 14, 2027


Pitch Event Information

All pitch events must be hosted between February 16 - March 7, 2027.

Banking Information

Organizations outside of the United States must provide international banking information for wire transfer of funds in US dollars only. Completion of the fields noted below allows us to send money to your organization's bank account. We can only distribute funds via this process. Payment Information

U.S. organizations must provide banking information directly to the University of Delaware via the University's online, encrypted W-9 tax form. Completion of this form allows us to wire money directly to your organization's bank account. We can only distribute funds via this online process (no cash or checks).
