The Teach For All Europe Alumni Leadership Fellowship brings together an extraordinary cohort of roughly 30 emerging alumni leaders from across the continent for a transformative 8-month development journey. Designed for diverse professionals navigating key career transitions and dedicated to long-term systemic impact, this experiential program blends virtual sessions with immersive, in-person European site visits. As a fellow, you will sharpen your inner leadership capacities, learn from other contexts, and build deep, lasting connections with a powerful network of regional changemakers.

Program Dates: October 2026 – May 2027 (including 2 in-person gatherings, at the beginning and end of the program, and bi-weekly 1.5 hour calls in-between)

Eligibility: All alumni of a Teach For All network partner in Europe who have completed their two-year teaching fellowship (ideally 3+ years post-fellowship).
