Off-Site Private Program requirements:

Guests will need:

to be at least 3 ft from the birds;
to not have dogs within 20 ft of the birds (or as far as possible);

Birds will need:

to have an 8ft by 8 ft area without motion/movement behind them;
limited access to dogs passing by;
no loud music;shade or ability to have our tent set-up;
a TRC/partner banner or other solid structure behind them.

Staff need:

A microphone or sound system, if needed
An open area for the presentation with at least two sturdy tables
Movement of furniture for program space, if needed.
