AFTER Oct 1, 2026. WE WILL NOT BE MAILING PASSES. PLEASE PICK UP Your credentials BEGINNING, Monday, Nov 23, 2026 AT DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY. GATE 40 FOR THE SWAP MEET AND ARTISAN ALLEY AND GATE 50 FOR THE CAR CORRAL.

Make checks/money orders payable to "TURKEY RUN". Please NO checks after Oct 1, 2026. From Sept 30, 2026 until Nov 19, 2026, you may pay by credit card online (www.turkeyrun.com).


Starting Nov 23 & 24, 2026 Please Go to Gate 40 (off Williamson Blvd) for Swap Meet and Gate 50 (off Midway Ave) for Car Corral. Fees cover all event days. NO REFUNDS. CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY at the Daytona International Speedway, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Daily.


Car Corral...will be registering with CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY at Gate 50 at the Daytona International Speedway, Nov 23 - 29, 2026, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Daily.


Swap Meet...After Nov 24, 2026, Swap Meet registration, will continue thru Nov 25-29, 2026, at Gate 40, 6 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. Please register with CASH OR CREDIT CARD ONLY, at the Daytona International Speedway. Please note there is no traffic allowed in the Swap Meet, Food, or Artisan Alley areas between the hours of 8am- 4pm on event days. 


Please NOTE...Swap Meet Vendors must attend all event days Wednesday - Saturday, Nov 25 - 28, 2026 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Sunday, Nov 29, 2026 - 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.



Event Rules

1. Pets must be kept ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND CLEANED UP AFTER PROPERLY.

2. Overnight sleeping in tents, trailers or cars is not permitted.

3. There will be a waiting list for overnight on-site RV parking.  RV spaces are available for registered vendors ONLY,  Please note in Special Request area on this registration form, to be added to that list. You will be notified by Oct 1, if space is available. Most spaces have power and water is available at RV spaces BUT NO one is permitted to stay hooked up to water,  You must fill water tanks and disconnect.
If you ever dump any water from your tanks on grounds, you will lose all your spaces and not be welcome back to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! 

Set-up days
Monday and Tuesday, Nov. 23 & 24, 2026 - 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Show days
Wednesday - Saturday, Nov 25 - 28, 2026 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., and Sunday, Nov 29, 2026 - 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Please note there is no traffic allowed in the Swap Meet, Food, or Artisan Alley areas between the hours of 8am- 4pm on event days.

4. All vehicles in Car Corral must be operational. Cars and trucks only in Car Corral. No oversized vehicles, Trailers, tents, or Umbrellas are not permitted in Car Corral. Parts or merchandise can be sold in the swap area only. NO SUPPORT VEHICLES IN CAR CORRAL at any time. 

5. If you are setting up in the Swap Meet area on blacktop/concrete, you must weigh down your setup accordingly. No tents are permitted in Car Corral.

6. Daytona Beach Racing District and Daytona Turkey Run are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

7. THE DAYTONA TURKEY RUN IS STRICTLY AN AUTOMOTIVE EVENT - The selling of Daytona Turkey Run merchandise, weapons, lethal and non-lethal, (to include but not limited to BB and pellet guns, stun guns, knives, bow and arrows, brass knuckles, mace), obscene materials (to include but not limited to signs/photos of obscene gestures and messages), sunglasses, non-automotive related children's toys, arts, glassware, food and drinks, animals, yard art, golf carts, bicycles, scooters, including mobility aids, or any non-automotive related items are prohibited. T-shirt sales are not permitted. Please see the vendor guide for all rules.

All Car Corral vendors must purchase a vehicle support pass to bring a trailer into the infield
