Breast Cancer Resource Center 2026 Summit Exhibitors Application


DEADLINE: Monday, September 21st, 2026

The Summit is a free, one-day educational event for individuals newly diagnosed, in or out of treatment, and those living with metastatic breast cancer. Hosted by the Breast Cancer Resource Center, this event offers expert-led sessions, trusted resources, and a supportive space to navigate life after diagnosis.

 

Join us for a day of education, community, and wellness focused on survivorship and health. We anticipate around 200 attendees.

Sessions will be offered in both English and Spanish.
 

DATE: Saturday, October 17th, 2026, 8:00am to 3:30pm


LOCATION: St Edward's University, Robert and Pearle Ragsdale Center: 3001 S. Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78704 




HOURS: Move In/Set Up:                                 Saturday, October 17th - 7:30am to 8:00am

                Required Operating Hours:              Saturday, October 17th - 8:00am to 3:30pm

                Tear Down/Move Out:                      Saturday, October 17th - 3:00pm to 3:30pm


All Exhibitors MUST be in operation during Required Operating Hours. Late set-up or early teardown before 3:00pm is not permitted. No electricity will be available.


EXHIBITOR REQUIREMENTS:
  • All Exhibitors must have a health-related focus or provide services to breast cancer survivors.
  • Approved Exhibitors agree to promote the event through their own customers/clients/patients via email, website, social media, provided signage and flyers, or other means.
Recommended:
  • Sessions will be presented in both English and Spanish, we suggest you have a Spanish/Bilingual speaker at your table.
  • Have an interactive activity at your booth to engage attendees.






As part of your participation in the summit, we ask each NON-PROFIT/GOVERNMENT EDUCATION TABLE Exhibitor to provide a $100 donation to support the event 
Breast Cancer Resource Center

If you're unable to provide the $100 contribution, we ask for the donation of a raffle item for our door prize drawings to help make the event even more engaging for attendees.

Photography & Media Release:
Photography and videography will take place at this event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, video recordings, and other media for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes by the Breast Cancer Resource Center.

Liability Waiver:
I, the undersigned exhibitor, hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the Breast Cancer Resource Center and St. Edward’s University, along with their officers, employees, and representatives, from any and all liability for loss, damage, theft, or injury (including personal injury or bodily harm) that may occur in connection with my participation in the Breast Cancer Resource Center Summit.

Agreement to Terms:
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the rules and regulations and agree to abide by all guidelines set forth by the Breast Cancer Resource Center. I agree to participate in the Breast Cancer Resource Center Summit in Austin, Texas in accordance with these terms.
