PALS Support Group for Initial Principal Licensure

Welcome to the registration form for the PALS Support Forum for Initial Principal Licensure. This virtual support program is designed to help candidates successfully complete the Performance Assessment for Leaders (PALS) requirements for initial principal licensure.


Program Information

Facilitator: Dr. Kris Taylor
Format: Live virtual sessions via Zoom
Session Time: 6:00–7:30 PM (ET)
Each Task: Four (4) sessions (1.5 hours each; 6 total contact hours)

Program Schedule

Task 1: Leadership through Vision for High Student Achievement
Session Dates: September 1, 8, 15 & 22, 2026


Task 2: Instructional Leadership for a Professional Culture
Session Dates: October 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2026


Task 3: Leadership in Observing, Assessing, and Supporting Individual Teacher Effectiveness
Session Dates: November 3, 10, 17 & 24, 2026


Task 4: Leadership for Family Engagement and Community Involvement
Session Dates: December 1, 8, 15 & 22, 2026

Registration Options

  • Complete Series (All 4 Tasks): $1,000 (Save $200)
  • Individual Task(s): $300 per task

Participants registering for the Complete Series will automatically be enrolled in all four tasks. Those selecting Individual Task(s) will be able to choose the specific task(s).
