2026 Health Equity Grant Cycle:

Letter of Inquiry

At RTW Foundation, we build partnerships with local organizations to advance health equity in New York City. Local organizations that address gaps in care for communities of color, low-income families, recent immigrants, and other underserved populations are invited to submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) for funding in the 2026 grant cycle.

Initiatives can include (but are not limited to) community-based health services, care navigation, health benefits enrollment, appointment incentives and transportation, solutions to disparities in maternal mortality, health equity measures within health systems, and action-oriented health equity research.

All information submitted through your LOI and application process is protected and is not shared beyond our internal review committee members. Should there be any details or sensitivities that you would prefer to share over a Zoom conversation or phone call rather than in writing, we are happy to make that accommodation to supplement what you submit. We have stood by underserved communities and local community partners from the inception of the Foundation and remain committed now. Please reach out to our Director of Community Engagement, Sarah Garwood at sg@rtwf.org or grants@rtwf.org with any questions or accommodation requests.

The deadline for LOI submission is Monday, August 10th.
