Fall 2026 Contract

In order to secure your spot, receive community service hours at the end of the Fall and/or a recommendation for your College/jobs/resume, you must keep all of the following agreements.

This contract also applies to any outdoor field trip or event.

Please read carefully and select desired Fall Track:

.Please check to indicate your agreement to each line below:

I will attend each designated group.

I will attend the mandatory Fall Orientation on Saturday, October 3rd, from 10 am to 12 pm.
Location: TBDI will be on time and stay until the end of each session

I will communicate with the group leader around excusing any late arrivals or absences. No unexcused absences. I will respond within 24 Hours to all communications from AHA! staff.

I will show up sober to all groups.

I will turn off/silence and put away all digital devices during groups.I will encourage at least one of my parents/guardians to attend an AHA! Parent Group.

AHA! holds the right to withhold enrollment in the group or ask teens to leave the if they are not meeting the groups' guidelines.
