Start Network’s Impact & Change Directorate is launching a small grants pilot to support locally led influencing initiatives. The small grants pilot aims to support local and national actors to influence system change, through targeted research, strategic communications, policy engagement and advocacy.

Briefly describe your proposed project and the change it seeks to achieve

If your project has more than one component, you must complete each relevant section and also Section 6 Integration.

Section 3. Research/ Evidence Generation (Complete only if you selected Research) 



Please describe: Research design; Methods of data collection;  Data sources;   Number and demographics of participants (including community participation);  Data analyses approach
