Thank you for making the holidays brighter for San Francisco's homeless and at-risk families. Your support means so much to the families we serve!


Please fill out the form below to sign up to Adopt-a-Family this holiday season! If you have any questions, please reach out at aaf@compass-sf.org or search our Adopt-a-Family FAQ document linked on our website.
Contact Information
Please provide information that will help us communicate with you about Adopt-a-Family. We'll be emailing you information about your adopted family or families as well as details about dropping off the gifts. We'll also send you a card in the mail from your adopted family after the holiday.
Please register using the name and contact information you would like us to use throughout the Adopt-a-Family process. We will use this information to communicate important updates and check you in during gift drop-off.

Your Adopt-a-Family Preferences

Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability to help us match you with a recipient family or families. We'll make every effort to pair you with a family or families whose needs are in-line with your responses. Please note that such a pairing is not always possible. 


Compass family sizes range from 2 people (one adult and one child) to as many as 12 people. In the fields below, you can specify the size of the family or families and the number of individuals you would prefer to adopt. Every effort will be made to pair you with the number of families and individuals you have requested.

Contributions are optional, but very strongly encouraged! Financial contributions help offset the significant cost of running the program and help to ensure that our client families receive the full range of services they need throughout the year, not just during the holidays.
